Special thanks to the developers building our decentralized future. Mastodon, Bluesky, Pixelfed, IPFS, Matrix, Solid, and countless other projects advancing open standards and keeping the internet weird, resilient, and truly shaped by its users.

Bluesky isn’t decentralized, the developers here just cosplay in that direction without achieving it so they can sidestep the actually important issues around values, moderation and community.

you know the code is open source right? like you can go look at it instead of just talking out of your ass try using pdsls or blacksky or tangled, idfk atp. some of us build a better future and some of us complain online about stuff we know nothing about. get with it or get out of the fucking way.

99% of the userbase is on bluesky.app and this isn't going to change what you wrote is an _example_ of cosplay Mastodon did decentralization for real and it absolutely crippled that network, so I'm not looking for that. What I want is a service that doesn't try to solve sociology with tech.
