Nice to know that going so far as to "white-list" your website and even turn off my VPN does absolutely nothing and I'm still being banned. And all because you people are that butthurt about me having Surfshark VPN which I am paying quite a hefty penny for.

This may or may not help but try changing your routers dns to Quad9 servers 9.9.9.9 and 149.112.112.112 and use your vpn and see if that makes a difference.

By the by your "Contact Us" links such as "ban@knowyourmeme.com" don't work, Gmail upright said they don't exist. So I had to come all the way here just to tell you how livid I am that your petty brat of a website is pulling this crap.
