For the past few years my job has been supportive of the LGBT community by hosting events, displaying Pride flags, having an LGBT support group, and participating in local Pride parades. This year we got a short message on a TV that says “Happy DEI Month” and that’s it. #LGBT #Pride #PrideMonth
