Currently reading and old, beat up copy of David McCullough's THE PATH BETWEEN THE SEAS, which is over 600 pages long. The good news is, the binding has completely fallen apart, so I only have to hold about 75 pages at a time while reading in bed

I would argue that, with the exception of books of fine art there is no book too large to carry around. Only bags too small to carry them.
