Pierre Damas Bel was a college student, athlete and Junior ROTC member. He had applied for asylum and never missed a hearing. ICE still placed an ankle monitor on him. After enduring ridicule and humiliation, the 20-year-old died in an apparent suicide. Listen: KPFA.org #HaitianTPS #ICE
