I wanted to give myself more practice and I feel like I'm comfortable enough to take these on as commissions in the future. #pixelart #wolf #icon

This is so cute! I love that people still do pixel/sprite art.

Thank you! I could never do pixel art when it was huge on deviantart but I thought it's never too late to try. I'm enjoying making them and hope to advance to animated pieces, once I feel ready to take that step.

I lovedddd pixel art on dA. I never got to making full size sprites (I couldn’t figure out how people got so good at the shading) but I loved making animated pixel avatars, the 50x50 ones.

Full size sprites? Are those the pixel doll ones? I'd love to see your animated pixel avatars. Drawing at 50 x 50 is a challenge, I looked up to the artists that were able to make it look so easy.

I think those are the ones! Pixel dolls! They were a lot larger than just icons, and I remember people making them very detailed too. It’s crazy what you can do with just pixels haha. I’d have to scrape my old dA accounts for my icons. They were so much fun to make!
