My first PR to @voidzero.dev's Vite+ was merged! It adds support for configuring JetBrains IDEs by writing the Oxc plugin to `.idea/externalDependencies.xml` and preconfigures `.idea/workspace.xml`! Unfortunately can't merge XMLs easily so you can only overwrite(/skip) existing files :/
