Yes, but now the new government wants to stop any arms sales to Ukraine. Hopefully they are not like Elon Musk, who easily turns a blind eye to war crimes and has no problem with dozens of Ukrainians (or tens of thousands of Africans) dying because of his actions. Hopefully THEY are better.
