Well, I wanted a system that would work to power my house if the sun was out, and they sold me one where we still lose power if the power company does maintenance. Then I just found out that it is IMPOSSIBLE TO SELL ME ONE THAT IS OFF GRID at all! They OUTRIGHT lied to my face to make me sign.

And the set up we have does NOT cover the cost of electricity, even in the summer. So we now pay more year round, and in the winter it is THREE TIMES the cost. And I am struggling to make ends meet, and the payments are about to go up because the solar tax credit isn't a lump payout. They tell you

that you can use it to reduce the principal of the loan, and then that stops the price jump, but they don't pay it out. They just use it to cover the taxes, so we don't owe any taxes for a few years, but there is no lump payout of tens of thousands to reduce the principal on this loan! Another lie.
