Danielle Smith is, as she has demonstrated on countless occasions, incapable of experiencing shame or any related feelings, such as remorse or guilt. At best, we get fake tears.

When shame disappeared from the public discourse, it left behind naked corruption. When politeness disappeared, it left free rein to violent discrimination. When interest in learning disappeared, it left people defenceless against exploitation.
