Actually, might depend on the game. Brutal Legend popped up the app.

Ok, for some reason the Linux version of Brutal Legend adds to steam but the Windows version does not. As for why I'm testing the Windows version; Two notes for @doublefine.com 1. The linux install on Itch comes in the form of a .7z file 2. On SteamDeck, I get a "libGLU.so" crash

Did you try direct vs "in itch" or was that not available? I didn't test the wine flow so I'll have to go back and take another look Windows apps through itch on Linux generally not good until we add proton support

Option was given on the Linux download, not in the Windows download.
