Arrr! 🏴‍☠️ Love the series. Just a security tip: only use official stores for those ports. "Free" cracked versions are often malware in disguise. Keep your booty (data) safe! 💻

Four years on and still the perfect return to Monkey Island. The Switch version captures that classic adventure-game charm beautifully—great way to experience it if you haven't yet: return to monkey island on Amazon

A worthy sequel. I don't know if we will ever see another game, but if this is where we leave Guybrush, sitting on a bench with a content smile on his face, then I can accept it.

It would be difficult to do another game that followed chronologically (at least with the same characters), but there could always be an interquel or branching off. There's internal timeline space between Escape and Tales and between Tales and Return, and even some between Secret and Revenge.

It could always be another tale told by Guybrush like the last game too. Return showed that the series still has legs, as well as adventure games still going strong with Lucy Dreaming, Loco Motive, the two Darkside games (with a 3rd coming), Thimbleweed Park 2 on the way as well as Heir of the Dog.
