It was cut in all non-English versions, supposedly for being too hard to translate with all its rhyming wordplay (but then, the insults are also rhyming wordplay, and they did pretty well with that at least in Spanish!). However, in the Spanish version at least, if you look at the game's...

...translated text file, part of the song *was* translated, and there is a trick you can pull with Steam to get the game to run the sequence instead of skipping it entirely as it's supposed to do. The audio is still English only, but you can get it to display Spanish subtitles for some of the lines.
