"Destruction is not strength" says the guy who has gleefully destroyed multiple homeless encampments, sometimes grinning ear-to-ear while destroying someone's life with his own hands.

I don't like Newsom to begin with, but this disqualifies him all by itself. Anyone who leave a brick standing that Trump put in place is just inviting the next authoritarian to do the same thing. Destruction in this case is cleansing.
