Really thought next 15 had gotten rid of all the default caching :/

Are you expecting that because the component is async and you're await data, that component should not be cached?

Yep, my understanding was that in next 15 async components with awaited data would not be static.

Thanks! Giving that a shot now, but it seems that the `export const experimental_ppr = true;` and `"use cache";` cant be used in the same file since only async exports are allowed in `"use cache";`. The page uses Math.random() for a seed value, that I want statically rendered.
