Double Ninth (重陽節) is Sunday, 18 October 2026 — the ninth day of the ninth lunar month. Some calendars will say the 19th. They are reading a real document: Hong Kong takes the festival's day off on Monday the 19th, because the festival itself lands on a Sunday.

Hong Kong's own holiday list files it as 「重陽節翌日 10月19日」 — the day after Chung Yeung. Japanese posts this week had the festival on the 19th; CNA's Japanese desk had the 18th. Only one is the festival.
