Republicans always use the guise of waste, fraud, and abuse as an excuse to cut funding for programs that help people.

The only "waste, fraud, and abuse" that Trump cared about was any committed by people who do not like or agree with him. Every other person who commits "fraud" but who is a sycophant is pardoned and allowed to keep the money the "fraudster" stole.
