damn twitch latency is sooo low now, i feel pretty bad at our higher latency

twitch uses hls-ll, and we used to have pretty acceptable latency without moq so i think something’s messed up in the media processing side of things rn lol

sorry they use their own version of ll-hls, i don’t think? it’s fully standard?
