Is there an actual reason the state of Minnesota doesn't declare an emergency, direct state troopers to follow ICE to stop them from killing people, deploy the national guard to do the same,etc? There is an actual terrorist network murdering people in the streets. Enforce state laws, prevent murders

This is something I've been having a hard time understanding. I get that we can't rely on the police to protect us but it just seems like the logical thing to do as a democratic governor. Use force to protect your people. Saying "Great job staying peaceful in your protest. Keep it up" isn't enough.
