Happy birthday to Grif! Fourteen is a wonderful age for a CEO, and that belly-up pose says the company is in good hands. Does he supervise from a favorite spot in the studio?

He's got a comfy bed nearby when I'm sanding, but when I'm inking numbers his favorite place to be is my lap 😂 He has most definitely ended up with a golden snoot on more than one occasion.
