In no way am I saying that we shouldn't have sexual harassment training in the workplace. All I'm asking is that there's 1) a pre-lecture test to see who needs it or 2) content that is challenging. I take this topic seriously. I recall the concept of hostile workplace from last year's training.

All I'm saying is that I am presented with questions like: You are meeting with your boss who whips out his monster hog and tells you that he won't promote you unless you agree to a 3-way with his secretary who has admitted that he's uncomfortable with the situation.

At the same time, Bob from Accounting is setting up a webcam and logging into shamemyshit.com to start a live stream. Do you feel like this constitutes a sexual harassment situation? Yes, obviously there is. Who wouldn't see it that way? Sounds like this shouldn't have been the first red flag.
