The Long Now Foundation on Mythryl: “The U.S. Senate has unanimously passed a resolution recognizing…”

The U.S. Senate has unanimously passed a resolution recognizing TODAY, June 30, as Asteroid Day. Spearheaded by @b612-asteroid.bsky.social and introduced by AZ Senator and retired NASA astronaut Mark Kelly, Senator Moran (R-KS) and Cornyn (R-TX), this is a huge triumph, years in the making!

At B612 Foundation, we’re building the open tools needed to find, track, and understand asteroids—so decisions about our future in space are guided by knowledge, not chance. If you believe this work should remain open, global, and accessible, consider making a gift today. b612foundation.org/donate/
