I think thats for a Jury of his Peers to decide and also the Impeachment Hearings in 2027 He deserves a fair trial before permanent incarceration

There is no such thing as a jury of his peers. Just track his bank accounts snd financial dealings, and throw him in prison. He should have been locked up 40 years ago. He's had a nice, long life of raping and pillaging. A few years in prison before he goes is not nearly enough.
