Agree, I feel like people forget in 2016 at peak culture war SJW liberals destroyed compilations on youtube trump himself said transgender people could use any bathroom, its only after years of effort by the right propaganda machine that this has become an 'issue'

Don’t throw vulnerable groups to the wolves. I don’t care if the left, right, and center are all baying for it and I’m the last person in America who thinks immigrants et al are worth fighting for. Zero compromises to be had here. If you’re not going to protect people we have nothing to talk about

like are we supposed to see a conceited effort to further marginalise like one of the most at-risk minority groups in the country and just go "yeah they're right we should abandon them to win an election!" Why don't we just combat the hateful sentiment and stop letting it fester?
