Don't harass the players, harass rowling and her legal team. Something I do is email her legal team lists of harry potter fangames and content. Once they're made formally aware of it, they have to do something about it or risk harry potter entering free domain and forcing rowling to lose money.

yeah no, fuck the players. They are nazis. No matter how much they say they aren't they still fund a holocaust denying nazi.

Seriously, there is a direct correlation of people's money going straight into her pocket. This isn't a "no ethical capitalism" deal, she is incredibly unique in this specific regard. Don't buy or watch Harry Potter. It's not even good.

The sequel is about to get all the free publicity it could ever ask for. They never should have decided on making a sequel.

im dumbfounded by it. i struggle to see it be particularly popular anyway considering what a relative let down the first one was anyway, even for the ppl that played it purely for "the trend"

transphobia alone doesnt sell games methinks.. most ppl are a bit too precious of their money to buy wizardslop when they could buy 5 wizardgem for the same cash

Hogwarts Legacy made money. People are still fans of the story regardless of Rowling. As far as I know the game was well made and fun to play. Don't try and understand Humans. Sad thing is, no matter what happens people are going to get aggressive over this game. Saw it with the first one.

i saw all public talk around this game vanish within weeks. everyone was talking about it one week and then noone the next. ive never seen a shorter game trend tbh.
