10 days ago I launched ComposerScout with zero users and a lot of nerves. This week someone got hired off a role posted there 🎉 Quick thread on what's happened since, because honestly I didn't expect this 🧵

Someone getting hired off ComposerScout 10 days in is a great proof point. Where did the first composers and devs come from?

82 people signed up. 50 published a profile. 14 studios put up roles. All 20 founding composer spots went in 6 days. And the first hire: a dev posted what they needed, the right person saw it, they talked, done. I never touched it. No cut, no middleman.
