An HBO executive has promised fans of the Harry Potter franchise that the upcoming reboot television series will not be “infused” with J.K. Rowling’s anti-trans beliefs.

It was infused with her beliefs at inception. Just shows that they know she's problematic but are gonna steamroll ahead anyways. I don't even see why Harry Potter even needs to exist as a franchise anymore. It's extremely generic besides all of the racism and slavery.

HBO should just create their own, legally distinct, magical world full of Wizards.
