Thanks @sleepyhart.bsky.social for tips about sorting out Linux on the Lenovo Legion Go. It might be my new favourite handheld.

Aww thats very kind of you to mention, thank you glad I could help! Ive made some tweaks to my setup recently if you ever wants updates - after Cachy corrupted itself while on trips couple times, Ive switched to Bazzite too and using GNOME for tablety stuff as its more touch friendly out the box

Think like Cachy is good for desktop and performance and tweaking but Bazzite is much more "set and forget" which is more what you really want for a handheld games console

Right! Bazzite has been low maintenance so far and 'just works', which is nice for getting some game time in whenever.

Thank you! I think I'm on KDE at the moment and I don't know how to go about switching without reinstalling. I don't really know much about GNOME at all, but the KDE touch support isn't amazing, yeah.

Yee reading it up think recommendation is to reinstall to change desktop environments because of dependencies - Id maybe suggest dualbooting with deck-gnome to try it out and see if you prefer it to KDE for touch/tablet
