Qualcomm and NXP embedded Linux solutions are much more power efficient than anything offered by RPI Ltd. It can be quite efficient with the right CPU choice.

I didn't make it clear. They are using a RockChip CPU that I expect to be similar to the Pi 5 in power usage.

Rockchip is better cost-wise, but not great on power. However, their chips do support suspend to RAM and other power savings that RPIs don't. A big battery could potentially run it for many hours.

But it's not based on Pi 5

Yeah, I didn't make it clear in my post that the Pi 5 is my reference and I expect the RK chip they are using to fall somewhere between Pi 4 and Pi 5.

They mention 24 Wh on one of the images. This should be quite a lot for a device of this size. My laptop has less than 2x of this. Not sure if they actually managed to fit this battery already inside, or just planning to do so.
