It's so wild to me that when my passport expires I have to mail it back to my home country, then just not have a passport for however long it takes for them to receive it, cancel it, issue a new one, then mail it to me. Surely there has to be a better way...

3 Irish passports, or 3 total? UK won't even allow me to have 2. I basically have to show proof that I plan to visit a country that will cause problems if I have a stamp from a country they don't like. But I ain't about to get convicted of fraud for pretending I'd ever want to visit Israel.

Ah yeah, it's easy if you have multiple citizenships, but being a UK citizen living abroad I now have to mail my passports home because they don't do consular passport services anymore

Yea the uk one I have to send back Along with photocopies of every page on my other passports. Ireland and US are all online.
