I’ve switched Micro.blog’s Standard.site content format to the Markpub.at lexicon. It includes just Markdown, not HTML, but should be compatible with other AT Proto apps now.

It’s interesting because a lot of the Bluesky schema design (like facets for ranges of styled text) is to replicate what HTML does. Mostly for performance.

Facets are a bonkers approach when you're almost always going to be feeding the output to a browser anyway. That was one of the daft things about Google Wave.
