Using CPS Microdata I was able to create unemployment rates by income level, and when you put those into @claudia-sahm.bsky.social style turning points, the pattern is undeniable: recessions hit the poor first. #EconSky

The original WP the Inequality of Recession is still being developed, but it now has companion papers, for race, income, education, and spatial data.
