You are simply wrong. Section 230 encourages editorial control. They do not deny it. They don't need to deny it. The whole fucking point of 230 is to give them editorial control as I have explained over and over

I can't get over how weird it is that people keep pointing out categories things are in (it's a news organization!) which are never ever mentioned in Section 230. The text of the law is shorter than some of my newsletters yet SO MANY people haven't actually read it.
