More like, as I've gotten older (wiser?) some of my best coding is not actual code writing so much as pointing folks in the right direction. Like "executive chef" type stuff. But also telling robots what to do too.

I like the term code poet! But helping a small team or organisation achieve their goals is rewarding too! Not quite the same, but I have hobby time programming too
