The Paranoids @ Yahoo was one of the oldest, largest, and highest reputation internal security teams in the industry. A lot of good talent was built and trained there. This is a shame.

The obsession with outsourcing is funny. I know security folks that left their company and came back as contractors getting 5x their hourly rate (being the only ones with context on some systems). But I guess that this way CEOs can do some number magic to make the stock go up?
