Amen! Using ai to faster create documents to fulfill “the process” is a sign of something being wrong with “the process”

I find it funny that a lot of mostly developers are trying to mimic their Scrum process with AI. AI is a game changer. You have to rethink how you work. Introducing AI in a company is organizational change not another tool.
