You can deny, deny, deny all you want: Climate Change is unbothered, and will continue to ravage vulnerable areas. The question is how we respond, and that response needs to be premised on the facts.

I really do wonder how this impacts Florida and Louisiana in particular. Both states are hostile to climate change policy (In the case of Florida, to a stupid level). That dam has to break eventually. Either Floridians pull an Atlantis or wake up.

Climate Change, for all the ravages humanity have wrought and the speech at which we've decimated the planet, is not 'fast'. It's fast in terms of geological timescales, but its going to play out...I imagine...over the next few centuries and more. But the immediate impacts are enormous.
