Using AI to do a crime does not absolve you of criminality. AI is just a computer program. It's already illegal to use computers to do crimes. Even other people's computers. Furthermore, AI is unnecessarily unsafe; using it to "accidentally" commit a crime should add charges of criminal negligence.

The thing is AI can do all just by itself...it does not even need to use people instead it can abuse real people data....it can...fake video with real people, ai photo looking like real, and many others tricks..

If you go deer-hunting with a howitzer & mistakenly blow up a school, you don't get to be "oops my bad, I didn't realize the technology was capable of that". Use a tool that's fit for the job and that doesn't have a record of unnecessary splash damage.

NAL. AIUI, criminal negligence isn't a crime. It's a standard of culpability. You can't be charged with criminal negligence but you could be, for example, charged with unauthorized access and found culpable due to negligence instead of intent.
