Just did my yearly follow clean-up. Not that I didn't enjoy following people. It's just that I need a regular timeline cleansing, plus this makes sure I can see the people who followed me back in my feed.

It's a good time for me to re-introduce myself, too! I'm Kevin, recently turned 52 year old cis white straight male with he/him pronouns. By day, I am an IT professional working for a managed services provider, basically a company that fills in for IT departments for small businesses.

When I'm not at work, I am passionate about the marching arts, which includes marching band in the fall; indoor winter guard, percussion, and winds in the winter; and drum and bugle corps in the spring. I am a 3rd generation drum corps performer in my family, and I am a lifelong fan.

I am also a fan of baseball, mainly following the @cleguardians.com, but I enjoy going to games in general. I'm hoping to start a tour of all 30 major league teams AND their minor league affiliates. Two teams a year for the next 15 years. Of course I choose to start this with a lockout year.

I enjoy tennis, mainly the grand slam events since there is radio play by play coverage during those tournaments. I recently attended my first tennis events with the Cincinnati Open's Women's Singles Semifinals in 2024 and the Tennis In The Land Finals in 2024 and 2025.

Unfortunately, Cleveland is not currently home to any professional women's sports that I am aware of, though we are getting a @wnba.com basketball team back in the near future, but I try to catch @thepwhl.com, @nwslsoccer.com, and @wnba.com events whenever I am able.

Outside of sports, I am a musician, playing with fun groups such as the @bluecoats.bsky.social Legacy Arc and the NACHO Street Band, and for events like TubaChristmas each year.

After all that, I forgot to mention that I have a website! medi-nerd.com. I post photos I’ve taken, beers I’ve imbibed (pumpkin season is upon us), and various other stuff.
