The States can give the SNAP recipients emergency relief and the states can then withhold the cost of it from the 5 Trillion Dollars the States give to the Federal Government every year. States can afford it in the short term - unless they want civil unrest - and they don't.

Rs were told to leave town& prevent elected Dem. from being sworn in by Mike 'Myers' Johnson bc #EpsteinFiles, therefore, Rs also do not need to negotiate budget in good faith.
