Awake at 3 am, Izzy wonders how he could ever forget that coffee after 2 pm keeps him the fuck up. He reads, but his eyes are too tired. He listens yo an audio book, but it's not boring enough. He puts on a podcast, but it's too boring, his brain bouncing off it back to internally whinging.

The day decides for him. Breakfast leads to watching TV and his body eventually succumbs to a nap that last 4 hours. Then its 5pm and its too late to do anything useful. Useless fucking day.
