hausu time idk if I’m high enough

a movie from the 1970s about widespread famine in the 2020s caused by decades of uncontrolled greenhouse emissions 🤔

for once I was glad the 4k blu ray came with a regular blu ray cause the 4k had really cartoonish looking AI upscaling. it was fascinating how bizarre it looked lol

a movie about a group of nerds doing game theory

the movie that inspired birdemic

jesus christ the way I was so worried and unsettled during this. none of the fucked up things I’ve watched this month had me full body wincing like this

a movie about something truly terrifying: high school prom

the cutest witch movie

80s remake surprisingly good

basically the same tagline as the blob lol just as stupid as I remembered. jon voight getting eaten was hilarious. jon voight getting spit out and winking was even funnier.

this movie rules as long as you don’t think much about some fundamentally stupid plot points. it features sam jackson and the guy from the expanse. also it has a john wick moment

early zombie apocalypse movie

pretty mid but I like when nic cage gets to be insane

cronenberg’s first cronenberg asks, “what if zombies were horny?”

a movie about a ghost that comes back from hell, but mostly it’s a dramatic love story

technically a ghost story but primarily an adorable teen drama

a story about a ghost that can turn people into cats, but mainly it’s a cute movie about an autistic-coded girl learning to make friends

a woman turns into a cat while processing grief. a little bit like a cat version of The Fly

a very 2002 slasher movie about a neurodivergent woman who works at a vet clinic and volunteers with kids and then has a bad meltdown

impressively ridiculous 80s hong kong movie with a wide variety of monsters. from the director of The Cat, it’s a similar vibe but more explosions and less goop. chow yun fat saves the day with a rocket launcher.

a movie that asks, what if sex was weird?
