I’d also love to see the talk. Off topic… I just read the cooldowns post on gem.coop . How can I learn more about this? Specifically curious how this helps if everyone uses it as recommended in the page? Doesn’t that just increase the probability that vuln discovery will be delayed? A crowded trade.

i'd love to see a video of this talk, if/when it becomes available. also: regardless of how mediation went, you definitely improved the situation. you made us slow down, think about our goals, figure out what problems we were trying to solve, and put that in writing. gem coop is better for it.
