it's crazy how much hype and investment dollars you can get from building a browser with a sidebar.

Why do all this when all you need to do is give me a setting to disable the thick border on Arc?

You have to give it to them, they're good at hyping ideas and making videos. The line between browser and OS has indeed become blurrier with time. I prefer using the browser for most tasks, instead of using a separate app. So for some people, the browser is the OS. Privacy is a concern though...

think this is a case of there being a gap in the market for Arc... but no market in the gap did you ever try SigmaOS? I liked that too
