Do they come back? I've been trying to add some YT feeds to my reader without luck. They appear to be both removing the RSS reference from meta and returning periodic 404s

Discovery breaks before the feed does. The feed URL is channel id based, so resolve it once, cache it, and the missing meta link stops mattering. For the nightly errors, keeping the last good copy beats retrying a pull that fixes itself.
