1- What's your favorite part of writing? That's a hard question... I enjoy many parts, but I'm going to pick the "aha moment" I often experience when brainstorming a plot and finding a key element of the story I'm about to write (e.g. a plot twist or crucial worldbuilding element).

2- What's the scariest thing you've ever written? Hesitating between skin magic in A Legacy of Blood and Bone, aka consuming your own skin (yikes) to steal other people's lifeforce, and my folk horror novelette The Hunger of Paradise and its claustrophobic setting and dreadful ending.

3- Do you usually write happy, sad, or other types of ending? I love writing open, bittersweet endings. They're mostly positive, but they often come after a lot has been lost and cannot be recovered. What happens after the story ends is a lot of healing together 🖤
