dental cleanings are reliably one of the more strangely flirtatious parts of ordinary medical care for me maybe it's because they assign me the cute hygienist & we have exciting adventures looking for crud under my gums maybe there's just a little extra laughing gas in the air at the dental office

some part of me feels like the dental office would be less flirty if the staff just stuck their tongue in your mouth & felt around your teeth with it like some kind of fleshy 3d scanner you're definitely not supposed to tell them that at the registration desk though, they'll look askance

yeahhhh it is very strange! he also told me i have a small mouth and don't let anyone tell me otherwise.... i was like uhhhhh...???
