I did everything they asked, played nicely, played their games. - Fought for a GP referral to GIC - Waited 16 months for a GIC appointment - Answered the invasive questions - Took their homeopathic doses of HRT - Saved the NHS money by having private SRS - Took statutory declarations 1/8

1/ You're absolutely right in everything you said. We all followed their system, jumped through their hoops, and spent years of our lives to meet their criteria. Now they've essentially made it all meaningless, because some bigots got their way, taking key positions in government and institutions.

2/ The damage they've done will take decades to unravel. I doubt it even can be fixed, because there's no political will to do so. We've seen very clearly that the majority of MPs are on board with trans segregation. They want us, and the next generation of trans people, to suffer. I'm sick of it.

- Joined their register of trans people - Got a new birth certificate - Changed NHS number, lost medical history - Had GP refuse to continue prescription, ICB refused to help, switched GPs - Rejected from blood donation because they used male thresholds - Met with MP to discuss all this 2/8

From the 5th August, services will be forced to ask me to use the wrong toilets. If I was ever discriminated against, the law says the comparator would be a cis man. If I were to take it to a tribunal, I would be demonised in the press. The judiciary would allow me to be referred to as male. 4/8

The NHS are forcing 'Sex Observed at Birth' on medical records, and claiming it's a safety issue. Treating me as male puts me at serious health risks - trans people *will* die as a result of these changes. I am made to feel unwelcome in my home country. 5/8
