Have been working on a fairly large feature in #aspire for an extended period. Lots of new files, lots of iterations. Managed to really hit the limits of feature iteration with Copilot and an Opus model. About 17,000 lines added over 96 commits.

This PR was also backed by a similarly sized PR in our sibling DCP repository because the feature required plumbing right down into the process launcher (thanks to Karol for landing that!).
