ModDex.gg has officially released to the public! 🎉 Search, sort, and filter across ALL of CurseForge and Modrinth. Full catalog, cross-platform project matching, reviews, ratings, and a lot more. After over a year of hard work, it's finally here. 🧵

It started with MMC Reviews in 2023, because mod/pack recommendations still came mostly from word of mouth, and high download count ≠ quality. MMCR helped, but it hit its limits architecturally. So in early 2025 I started a full rewrite from scratch. That rewrite is now ModDex.

ModDex vs MMC Reviews: - Entire CF + MR catalog, auto-synced - Cross-platform matching (one page, one rating) - Full project pages, profiles, reputation ranks - Extreme filtering (exclude MCreator, AI-Assisted, etc) - Drafts, downvotes, dev responses, and more

New features worth trying first: - Pack Finder: questionnaire, ranked shareable list - Pack Comparison: up to 4 packs side by side (CF vs MR too) - Discord alerts: webhook notifications for new reviews - Embed badges: live rating badge for your CF/MR page - Ecosystem Stats: interactive CF + MR data
